Meandering up the sloping site at the Note Residence, the experience reveals outdoor rooms with diverse characteristics and views. Multiple landings throughout the yard provide different stages from which to observe and enjoy the yard.

The slope of the site is accentuated with a series of paths and walls that flow along with the contours of the hillside. A cascading water feature finds its way down to the street side entry creating a seam that ties together the two sides of the site.
